Waxing Services

Pre-wax Care

  • The hair being waxed should be between 1/4 to 1/2 inch long for optimal results.

  • Avoid using creams, lotions, or gels on the area being waxed on the day of your appointment.

  • Refrain from sunbathing 24 hours before and after your waxing session. Tanning beforehand may cause the skin to lift.

  • Wear comfortable underwear to avoid irritation to your newly waxed skin.

  • Do not sunbathe for 24 hours before or after your appointment, as tanning after the waxing session may cause irritation or burns.

After-wax Care

  • Do not use any products or scrub the waxed area for 24 hours after the session.

  • Avoid swimming, hot tubs, working out, sauna, or sunbathing for 24 hours following the waxing session.

  • Apply an in-grown serum to minimize bacteria and hyperpigmentation.

  • Moisturize the area daily using natural jojoba oil.

Lash Services

Before your lash appointment, please arrive without any eye makeup and avoid curling your lashes or applying mascara. If you do have mascara on, make sure to wash it off thoroughly before your appointment time, using a non-oil-based remover to avoid weakening the bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. There is a $10 fee for eye makeup removal, which counts towards your allotted appointment time.

Please also keep in mind that you should not wear contact lenses during the lash application, but you can bring a case and solution to store them during your appointment. And avoid consuming caffeine, energy drinks, or stimulants at least three hours before your appointment, as they may cause eye fluttering that can lead to irritation or poor retention.

For best results, your lashes should not come into contact with steam or water for 24 hours following the application, so it's recommended that you schedule your appointment a few days before any important events. Note that eyelash extensions cannot be applied to anyone allergic to adhesives or under 16 years old, and anyone aged 16-17 needs parental consent and may be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please inform us of any eye conditions, injuries, medications, or treatments that may affect the eye area.

If you experience any issues or concerns after your session, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to address them at no charge within seven days of your appointment, provided that you have followed proper after-care instructions. Any service follow-ups beyond the seven-day window will incur a fee.

For lash fills, we recommend scheduling an appointment every two to three weeks to maintain the health and fullness of your lashes. Please note that if you have extensions from another salon that were not applied correctly, there may be additional fees for removal before a new full set can be purchased. And if you need extra time for your fill, please book accordingly, and we won't charge you if the time isn't used.

Permanent Makeup Services
  • Different individuals may respond differently to topical epinephrine, and the outcome of a permanent makeup treatment may be affected by the amount of bleeding and the number of appointments needed to achieve the desired results.

  • Clients with a cold sore should consult a doctor and obtain the necessary medication before undergoing a lip procedure. Those considering Juvederm or other fillers should receive their permanent makeup treatment prior to the injection, or consult a doctor beforehand.

  • We do not recommend the use of OTC lotions and creams for exfoliating, tone correction, anti-aging, or fading as they may alter the appearance of the treatment.

  • If a client has pink eye, the area must be fully healed before undergoing eyeliner enhancement. Clients who have had laser eye surgery, blepharoplasty, or an eye-lift should wait for three months after the procedure before receiving eyeliner enhancement. Those with shingles on the treated area should wait for several months before getting the enhancement. Clients taking medication for any specific health conditions must provide a doctor's note to proceed.

  • Clients who are pregnant or nursing are not eligible for permanent makeup treatment.

  • We cannot guarantee that every patch test will be 100% accurate, as some needles and pigments may contain traces of nickel. The patch test cannot determine whether a client's allergic reaction is to nickel or to the ingredients used in the products.

  • Photos taken during and after the treatment may be posted on our social media platforms and by us and our staff only, for marketing purposes.

  • Touch-ups are recommended to ensure optimal results, and the cost varies depending on the chosen time frame. We recommend booking the touch-up appointment within 6-8 weeks after the initial appointment for the best results.

  • Clients must arrive on time for their appointment. If they are running 10 minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the booking fees will be forfeited. Being late creates a delay in the technician's schedule and is unfair to other clients.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, and prices are subject to change at any time. Only 40-70% of the ink will retain on the skin after the area has healed, so we highly recommend booking a touch-up appointment. In some cases, a client may require a third session due to skin type or incorrect aftercare, and they will be charged accordingly.

  • To ensure client satisfaction, we ask that they carefully examine the shape and color before beginning the service. Once the decision is made, it is final. We are not responsible for any changes made after leaving the salon, and any desired changes will result in extra charges.

  • During the touch-up appointment, we will only darken what needs to be improved for color evenness, and we will not change the shape of the brows. If a client wishes to change the shape during the touch-up appointment, additional charges will apply.

  • We cannot guarantee a successful outcome for 100% of our clients, as everyone's skin reacts differently to permanent makeup. We are upfront with our clients and provide realistic expectations. Refunds are not available once the service has been carried out.
